My clients are a leading property consultancy and advisor and have offices throughout the UK in key locations to serve their clients’ needs. They are a highly regarded top flight consultancy that looks after a huge amount of private and institutional client portfolios. Due to expansion and growth I am instructed to recruit a recently qualified rural surveyor that has the ambition and drive to move up the career ladder to be based in Hampshire.
This role will provide a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to further their career with a market leader. Day to day you will be predominantly involved with all aspects of rural asset management, these will include: rural professional work, agency, planning and development, mixed agricultural work and general estate management for both institutional and private clients. As well as taking over an existing workload currently in place the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own workload and grow with the department and business.
Successful candidates will ideally have some knowledge of the Southern region although someone that is a good networker and has a proven track record would certainly be considered. Candidates will ideally be recently RICS qualified experience and be looking for the next step up the ladder.
