An exciting opportunity has arisen for Property Management surveyors to join one of the city’s leading property consultancies in central London.
This role is at surveyor level, we can consider candidates from newly qualified level (MRICS or sitting their APC this year) to around 3 years PQE. Ideal candidates will be MRICS qualified with strong knowledge and experience of property management in a consultancy environment. You should have good experience of service charge budgets, experience of working mainly with an office portfolio (within the London market) including high profile investment properties. You will be fully competent in lease reading, interpretation and implementation. You will also be client facing, have excellent communication and report writing skills and be structured and organised by nature.
