Leading firm of property advisors is looking to further strengthen their existing team with a senior appointment to come in as Head of the department. The successful candidate may currently be a senior surveyor looking to make the step up to Associate or Associate / Director looking to lead a dynamic regional team. In any case contenders must have have a proven track record working within a Property or Asset Management team for a Property Consultancy.  The position available will involve managing a portfolio comprises industrial, offices and retail properties, split evenly between the three sectors and include investment land and buildings throughout Bristol and the South West region.

We are looking for ideally a chartered surveyor whose standards measure up to the high level of expertise offered by our client. Property Companies, stock market listed Corporate firms, private investors and many other organisations are amongst the impressive list of high profile clients.  You must be able to pitch and win work for the team and therefore be a client facing surveyor with previous experience of managing and leading other surveyors. You could be a number one already or play a supporting senior role in a team looking for the next step up.

With a departmental fee income already in place of around £400,000 there is already a considerable chunk or instructions actively managed, however new clients and business generation will be part of this exciting opportunity. The ambition to grow the team further will be a crucial part of choosing the best possible candidate.
