A leading regional firm of property advisors are looking to further strengthen their existing team. The expansion plans are aimed at maintaining their position as one of the leading firm in the area. This is a full time permanent role for an ambitious property professional who will preferably be a recently qualified Chartered Surveyor with a General Practice Surveying background. This role will be to work as part of the Commercial team based in Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will be a key appointment in the growth plans for the Commercial team.  The role will involve Commercial Agency - Sales and lettings of retail, offices, industrial and commercial property as well as from time to time Asset Management - Landlord and tenant matters, rent collection, service charges.  Other areas you could cover include Lease Consultancy, Valuations, Investment, Development and Planning and other commercial surveying duties.

This opportunity provides an excellent platform to grow the business as well as utilise well established client relationships and existing instructions. You will be expected to be switched on surveyor with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
