A national commercial private practice, with an array of clients now has an opening for an Associate Telecoms Surveyor in Bristol.

Due to an increasing workload and a surge of success in the telecoms sector, my client is looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate with Telecoms landlord and tenant and estate management experience to take the opportunity forward. You will need to be self motivated and able to work under your own steam with little or no supervision. You will need to be client facing and want to develop this role which has the potential to be a national role offering consultancy/L&T advice to the telecoms sector. You will be managing a Surveyor in the team and as the work load grows, you may be expected to build a team around you. A major instruction has already been secured providing an excellent long term business stream.

There is an existing workload to manage initially but longer term you should be bring in new business from external sources and also marketing the team internally amongst the various departments.

Ideally you will need to be MRICS qualified or similar with 5 years experience and a strong track record in the telecoms market.
