A leading property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to source a new member of the team ideally with a minimum of 3 years post MRICS experience to join the highly successful Asset Recovery Team based in Bristol. You will be exposed to excellent variety of clients including leading international institutions, banks and financial firms.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to lend themselves to a variety of different disciplines within the General Practice sector due to the variety of workload. For example duties could involve the disposal of recovered property and land, asset valuations, asset management of the portfolios to name a few. We therefore require a candidate with an excellent attention to detail as well as a confident communicator and a drive to achieve.

An ability to assist in the generation of business, along with maintaining and enhancing strong existing client relationships is desirable. Ideally you will have a professional services general practice background with a strong interest in forming a career in the Asset Recovery market. Training and support will be offered during the transition into this growing and lucrative sector of property.

We are seeking a candidate capable of supporting and assisting the Asset Recovery Team who will report to the head of the department. You will manage a mixed portfolio of receivership cases including dealing with queries with tenants, indentifying and establishing compliance with receivership procedures, communicating and instructing legal advisors where appropriate.
