Our executive headhunt service is our focused way of finding senior or specific candidates for top level or specialised roles.   –   Meeting - A face-to-face meeting with your consultant, often with another senior member of the team, to analyse the role and to encourage a relationship built on trust and honesty.

  –  Full interview – Your consultant will produce an individual summary for every interested candidate after they have preformed a full initial interview.

  –  Exclusivity – All candidates we headhunt will belong to you exclusively.

 

  –  Flexibility – Beach Baker will listen and tailor our approach and techniques to match your wishes and requirements.

 

  –  Report – A detailed report will be produced with all the selected candidates and their profiles included along with our professional recommendations.

 

  –  Throughout the interview and offer stages your consultant will smoothly control the whole process. We will guide the successful candidates from the first phone call to handing in their notice and signing contracts.
