Fred graduated from the Royal Agricultural College with a degree in agriculture and land management and completed an MBA course in business management. After working for a number of years with a property recruitment specialist dealing with rural recruitment on a UK wide remit and running the South West office, he left to set up Beach Baker.

With a long background in rural affairs and a degree to support this, Fred now specifically deals with rural recruitment throughout the United Kingdom. He currently works for a number of clients at all levels ranging from small niche rural consultancies to large international property companies, as well as dealing directly with private clients with rural estate portfolios. Fred recruits at all levels from graduates to equity partners and directors.
