Planning Recruitment Consultant - Leeds

£18,000 - £40,000 OTE

Beach Baker is an established and highly respected leading property recruiter with offices in Bristol, London & Leeds and since its formation have gone from strength to strength and grown incredibly well within difficult economic times.

We are looking to expand our town planning division with a key appointment based in our Leeds office which is centrally based and only 5 minutes walk from Leeds train station. The Beach Baker planning team has an excellent reputation throughout the UK and work with a mix of clients across the private and public sectors including; property consultancies, pure planning firms, environmental consultancies, developers, retailers, local/regional authorities and other government organisations. This is a warm desk with established clients and contacts across the North; many of whom are actively recruiting at the moment. We recruit town planners from graduate level right up to equity partner level.

We are looking to recruit individuals that can build on existing relationships and develop the business throughout the North. You should be organised, focused and confident to pitch and win business. We are looking for ambitious individuals as there is a great uncapped commission structure with marked progression for this role as well as excellent other benefits you do not get from many other firms.
